If your package is on hold and has not been delivered, it likely requires customs and duties paid for clearance. The courier may also determine it is undeliverable based on an insufficient address.
You must contact the carrier directly to make a payment or provide updated information to complete delivery to clear your package.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 45 days from the date you placed your order for a full refund of the purchase price. You can return a maximum of 7 bottles. Shipping is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping.
