We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on all our Afterave Essentials vitamins, including HairBeyond, HairDaily Gummy & MultiFirst Gummy, when you purchase a 3 or 6 month supply. You must use the vitamins as directed for 90 days. Returns are accepted 90 days after the purchase date, up to one year from the purchase date. 

Please keep your bottles. It’s Important to start the refund process! You must return the bottles to be eligible for a refund – even if they are empty. The maximum number of bottles you return is seven. Shipping is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping. That’s the confidence we have in our formulas!

Please remember, our Risk-Free Guarantee applies to purchases made on If your items are purchased at one of our authorized retail or 3rd party partners or Amazon, you will need to contact them directly and follow their return policy/guidelines.


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your unopened product and get a full refund of the purchase price up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Week, and Semi-Annual Sales are final sale items. If you would like to return your order, you must ship back your bottles for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers must pay for return shipping.


  1. Submit a return request. Please allow our Afterave Customer support team up to 72 hours to approve this request. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed.
  1. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Afterave does not cover the return shipping cost.  
  2. Please allow 2-3 business days once Afterave has received the returned package to process your return. Once we have completed the return, you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please Remember, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.


  • Purchases made during our semi-annual, black Friday, or cyber week sales are Final Sales and do not qualify for returns.
  • Returns must be sent within 45 days of your purchase date.
  • The items must be mailed back with all bottles (regardless of their empty) with your name and order number.
  • Afterave Essentials purchased at retailers or do not qualify for the Money Back Guarantee Program.
  • The maximum return that can be refunded is six bottles.

Follow the steps listed above. You can print your return label right from your computer. You may use prepaid return labels only once. We will not cover any costs incurred for shipping. The shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.

Afterave Essentials is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customers’ responsibility to follow all directions, and we will not reimburse additional charges.
If you received a package damaged or mishandled, a photo indicating the damage and or mishandling before issuing a refund or a replacement.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 30 days for a failed delivery and/or damaged product/packaging in the event the package needs to be redelivered or returned after a thorough investigation.
